CAT 058

Lid–Cheek Continuity

Transcutaneous Lower Blepharoplasty
Fat Repositioning
4-Month Observation

ANALYSIS

Lower-lid fullness and a defined tear-trough shadow interrupt the transition from the eyelid to the cheek.

APPROACH

Transcutaneous Lower Blepharoplasty with Fat Repositioning

Redistribution of lower-lid volume to soften the lid–cheek transition while preserving the natural eye shape.

The intention was not to flatten the lower eyelid, but to restore continuity between the eyelid and cheek.

RESULT

Less prominence.
Softer shadow.
A more continuous lid–cheek contour.

Natural eye shape and expression preserved.
